a derivation of grilled cheese, to be sure.
but i make a fantastic one- i use bumblebee tuna in oil, 'cuz it tastes better.
i mix a spoonful of bob's big boy bleu cheese (or use your fave organic- i just find that if you're lucky enough to have a place that still sells bob's big boy dressings, you are soooo lucky), two spoons of mayo; today's sammich was whole grain wheat with a slice of sharp cheddar on each piece of bread; thick blobs of tuna and two dashes of garlic salt, one dash of pepper. grill in real butter. enjoy!
i made these for me and the hubby (the boys got plain grilled cheese on white- they're so vanilla, those children of mine) and he ate his before i had even finished slicing mine. he wanted another; i put my foot down.
